Projective helps business owners and individuals understand what funding they may qualify for and connects them with third-party lenders and funding partners. We are not a bank, lender, credit repair organization, investment adviser, attorney, or tax adviser. We do not make credit decisions and we do not guarantee that any lender will approve you or fund you on any terms.

The funding calculator produces an estimate based solely on the self-reported answers you provide. It is not a loan offer, a pre-approval, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of funding, amount, rate, or terms. Actual outcomes are determined by third-party lenders after their own underwriting, documentation review, and credit review. Estimates are provided for informational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You agree that the information you submit is accurate, current, and yours to submit, and that you will not submit another person's information without authorization. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current.

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading submissions.
• No attempts to probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site or its security.
• No use of the site to violate any lending, consumer protection, or privacy law.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

When you ask us to explore funding, we may share your information with third-party lenders or partners. Their products, terms, contracts, and privacy practices are their own. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, decisions, or the terms they offer. Review any agreement carefully before signing.

Using the calculator is free. We may receive compensation from funding partners if a transaction closes. Any fees payable by you will be disclosed to you in writing before you agree to them.

By submitting a form with the consent checkbox, you authorize us to contact you by email, phone, and text at the details you provide, including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of receiving funding. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site, its content, branding, and the calculator's design and logic are owned by Projective and protected by applicable law. You may use the site for your own personal or internal business purposes; you may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Projective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any estimate. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold Projective harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from information you submit or your misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Projective is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless the parties agree in writing to another forum.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after we post an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
