Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, business details, requested funding amount and purpose, and the self-reported financial answers you enter in the funding calculator (for example revenue range, time in business, estimated credit range, and derogatory-item history).

Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. We also store your in-progress calculator answers in your own browser's local storage so you don't lose them if you refresh.

We do not run a credit pull to generate your calculator estimate, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank login credentials, or full account numbers through this website.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run our infrastructure and customer relationship tools (for example hosting and CRM providers) under contract and only to serve us.
• Funding partners and lenders, where you have asked us to explore or submit a funding request on your behalf. These parties handle your information under their own privacy policies.
• Legal recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

When you submit the calculator, you check a consent box authorizing us to contact you at the email address and phone number you provided, including by automated means and SMS where applicable. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving funding. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing team@projectivehq.com.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep the site working and to preserve your calculator progress. You can clear or block these through your browser settings; the calculator will then start fresh each visit.

We keep submission data for as long as needed to serve your request and to satisfy legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it. You may request earlier deletion as described below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to request a copy of it, and to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email team@projectivehq.com from the address you submitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is for business and personal finance users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
